Privacy policy

StixRock · last updated 18 October 2026

StixRock is made by [legal owner name] ("we"). This page says exactly what data the game and this website ([domain]) handle. Questions or requests: [support email].

The short version

1. Email list (waitlist)

If you join the list we store your email address, the date and time you signed up, and the campaign tag of the link you came from (for example "tiktok"), if there was one. It is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a database run by Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site.

We use it only to email you about StixRock: the launch, the launch price and big updates. When the store opens we may move the list into the email tool of Lemon Squeezy (our reseller, see section 3) to send those emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

2. Unlocking the full version (license key)

When you tap Unlock, the game sends your license key and a short device label (for example "iPhone home screen · 2026-10-17") to our server on this website. Our server passes them to Lemon Squeezy to check that the key is genuine and to register this device against it. Our server does not store your key.

Your device then keeps the key, the device ID from Lemon Squeezy and a signed unlock pass in the browser's local storage. About once a week, when you're online, the game sends the key and device ID again to renew the pass. "Remove from this device" sends them once more to free the slot.

3. Buying

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment and billing details and handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details Lemon Squeezy shares with sellers (such as your name, email address and order number) and use them to provide the product and support.

4. Game data on your device

Settings, kit layouts, best scores and your license pass are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. Songs and packs you open are read in memory and are not saved or sent anywhere. Videos you record are only saved where you choose (for example Photos). Clearing website data in Safari removes all of it.

5. Hosting

Cloudflare delivers this website and runs our server code. Like any web host it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use this data to track you.

Visitor counts: this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits (for example how many people opened a page and from which country). It uses no cookies or local storage and does not track you across sites. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it: email [support email]. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

StixRock is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
