Terms of sale
1. Who sells it
StixRock is made by [legal owner name] ("we"). Orders are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax / VAT, invoices and receipts, and its own buyer terms apply to the payment.
2. What you buy
The full version of StixRock for a one-time price of [price] (tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live). There is no subscription. You receive a license key by email. Entering it in the game unlocks, on that device: loading chart packs, video recording, and your records.
The key is a personal license for your own devices. Each key can be active on a limited number of devices at once; "Remove from this device" in the game frees a slot. Note that on iPhone and iPad, Safari and a Home Screen icon keep separate storage, so each counts as one device.
3. Before you buy
The free demo runs the same game. Please try it on your device first. StixRock is made for Safari on iPhone and iPad. Chart packs use OGG audio, which needs iOS / iPadOS 18.4 or later.
4. Your songs
We don't provide songs. You may only load files you have the right to use. Files you open stay on your device.
5. Fair use of the license
Please don't share, resell or publish your key, and don't try to get around the license check. Keys that are shared publicly, refunded or charged back can be disabled.
6. Internet and updates
Unlocking needs an internet connection. An unlocked device keeps working offline for up to 30 days and renews itself when online. We may update the game to fix problems or improve it.
7. Refunds

8. Liability
StixRock is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law, e.g. Israel], without taking away the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live.
