Refund policy
If StixRock doesn't work well for you, you can ask for a full refund within [refund days] of your purchase. No need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email [support email] with the order number from your receipt (or the email address you bought with). Refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
What happens to the key
Once refunded, the license key is disabled. Unlocked devices go back to the free demo the next time they renew online, and at the latest after 30 days.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and doesn't replace, any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
